Xavier Bouaoud joined ISAI in 2024 as Head of Finance.

Prior to joining ISAI, Xavier spent 5 years at Wendel where he helped set up the internal audit department.
During this period, he led Wendel's audit activities across most processes (operational, strategic, financial, and regulatory). He was also responsible for risk management and monitoring the internal control assessment of the portfolio companies. In addition, he supported other departments in the implementation of new standards (notably ESG and compliance).

Xavier started his career with Ernst & Young (in France and Congo) as an external auditor and consultant for 5 years, working mainly on listed companies in the energy and industrial sectors. Xavier is a passionate fan of his cat (named “Mouse”), an enthusiastic golf beginner and a keen gourmet.
