Nelly joined ISAI as first employee in 2011and is Head of Operations and General Secretary.

After starting her career in 2001 in a seed fund (Up&Up), Nelly supported the development of 100+ tech startups within the incubators of Paris Développement (Paris&Co) where she was in charge of the Paris Cyber Village incubator until 2007 and then in charge of the international incubator.

Nelly is ISAI's “Chief Everything Officer”. What drives her is to support passionate founders and to see them accomplish beautiful entrepreneurial stories. She likes to challenge herself (marathon, surfing...), that things progress and that it "ticks the box", and chocolate.

Graduated from the MBA of the Laurentian University and ESC Rennes.
