Florian joined ISAI Expansion (Growth & LBO) in 2022 as an Associate.

Previously, Florian was on the other side of the force. He co-founded Mindperf, one of the first mental preparation applications for amateur athletes in Europe.

Before being an entrepreneur, Florian worked for 2 years at Rothschild & Co as an M&A Analyst. He has been involved in more than ten transactions for a total amount of over one billion euros. He started his career in merger and acquisition at Athema and Hottinguer Corporate Finance before moving to private equity at Bridgepoint Development Capital.

Obviously a sportsman, Florian put the training from his application into practice by winning the Altriman 2021, one of the hardest Ironman in the world! And when he is not in the water, on a bike or running, Florian likes to get out of a plane in mid-air with a parachute.
